||5 of 5 people found the following review helpful.| Don't bother with the 12th edition|By A guy in his 30s|I directly asked my professor if the 11th edition was fine, and he insisted that we get the 12th edition. I got this one anyway.

Maybe our understanding of billions-of-years-old processes hasn't changed dramatically in the three years between the 11th and 12th editions? Seems that way, because my classmates' 12th|About the Author|Ed Tarbuck and Fred Lutgens have been good friends and colleagues since 1970.  Between them, they have more than 57 years of experience teaching geology to undergraduates, and both have been recognized with awards as excellent
